We were asked to make privacy curtains for all 124 build-to-rent apartments in this development in New Barnet. Working in collaboration with Loft and Heimstaden, a leading residential real estate company, we delivered an average of five sets of curtains for each apartment within a tight deadline prior to tenants moving into the homes. They are made in a champagne-coloured eco-friendly faux linen on wave headings. As the space between the windows, doors and ceiling was very tight, we used special micro tracks.
